Properties with excessive pet waste, severe odour, heavy build-up or other conditions that pose a health or safety concern may fall outside our scope. Hatch Hospitality reserves the right to decline or discontinue any job deemed unsafe, unsanitary or beyond the scope of general cleaning.
Cleaners, not restoration specialists
We always aim to refresh and improve a space, but certain conditions may require repair, replacement or specialised restoration beyond general cleaning. We focus on cleaning rather than repairing, so results depend on the condition of the space.
Any concerns about the condition of a property, safety, or the scope of work are discussed during the initial consultation or walkthrough, before the final proposal is presented.

What does a clean cost?
Standard recurring cleans start at $175 weekly, $225 bi-weekly and $275 monthly. Deep cleans and move-out cleans start at $375, and rental turnovers at $150. Every final price is quoted after a walkthrough, so it reflects your home rather than an average one.
How does the quote process work?
Send the form or a text, and Rachel will arrange a walkthrough of your space. Special requests are discussed there, before the final proposal, so the number you get is based on what your home actually needs.
Can I add extras without paying for a full deep clean?
Yes. Add-ons like the inside of the oven, the inside of the fridge, baseboards and blind cleaning can be added to a standard clean individually. Each is priced on its own, based on the service and the condition of the area.
What about pets?
Homes with pets are welcome. For everyone’s safety and comfort, please have all pets safely secured for the whole visit, and let us know how many to expect when you request your quote.
How far do you travel?
Hatch Hospitality proudly serves Highland, Illinois and the surrounding communities. Availability can vary by distance, home size and type of clean, so if you are anywhere nearby, reach out. You are always welcome to ask for a custom quote.
Is there anything you do not clean?
We are professional cleaners, not restoration specialists. We do not offer hoarding cleanup, biohazard cleanup, mold removal or remediation, or restoration services, and conditions that pose a health or safety concern may fall outside our scope. Anything uncertain is discussed at the walkthrough.
